Technical Support is offered to registered users with a current support plan during normal business hours (M-F, 9:30am-6:30pm, CST, excluding US holidays).
Technical Support covers most questions related to using SafeLink Online Backup including:

- Features (e.g., “Can SafeLink do XXX?”)
- Trouble-shooting (e.g., communications errors, unexpected behavior)
- Clarification of the included documentation (Help file)
